My work is driven by research, observation, and deep insight into human experiences

As a child, I held immense passion for visual design, spending hours drawing and painting in my sketchbook. I went on to earn a BA in Fine Art and Design, a K-12 Art license, and an MA in Educational Psychology. I then served for 15+ years as a K-12 Educational Leader and learning based Product Designer successfully delivering digital transformation within both private and public schools. Today, my mantra is to say "yes" to any design need or problem space no matter the constraints. My current focus is to create a culture of collaboration, creativity, and ingenuity across design teams within end-to-end product delivery. When I am not designing, I enjoy creating personal art work, exploring niche markets, and hiking in the Colorado mountains with my family.
